Could you please add the certificate to your trusted root folder on your machine and check again? Let me know if that does not work? Hi shashishailaj , I know hardly nothing about certificates but I read a bit and did some tests.

The certificate seems to appear after I logon to windows with e-mail. I am not sure if I added the certificate to trusted root folder properly.

I simply exportet this certificate and imported it again to trusted root certification authorities. I finally managed to log into WIndows with yubikey. Unfortunatelly I have other issue. Regular users are unable to register Security Keys.

At the last step of adding key, there is an error:. As a workaround I can give to the user administrative privileges and after adding security key to the account I can revoke permissions but security key will stay registered.
