There was a Windows update on July 25 before I took delivery at the end of August and several in mid-October since then. I went through the Devices and Printers prompts to detect the printer which it did not. If the Win 10 driver is \”In OS\” , shouldn\’t the printer at least be detectable by now? I don\’t expect it to install the driver automatically as part of the update but if it is available \”In OS\” as HP clearly says it is, how do I get to it?

Prior to Windows 7, there\’s manual duplex printing option in Device Settings but this feature has been disabled in Windows Go to Solution.

Manual duplexing is available as part of HP\’s driver, a uch not available by a Class Driver A Basic driver provided by the operating system itself :.

Firmware has been updated on the printer as well.

Click the New Driver button next to the shown driver name and follow the wizard. Click Have disk on the model selection screen and browse to the extracted folder, then select the HP LAserjet Pn and complete the wizard.
