Client\’s Outlook kept crashing, so I created a new profile. Problem solved I tried a Quick repair then an Online Repair of the Office that\’d been downloaded and installed from GoDaddy, the client\’s Office vendor Also tried a full uninstall then reinstall to no avail.

Spent a lot of time with GoDaddy tech support trying a variety of things. All was in order. They verified the client\’s license was in order.
