I have the same question I am often asked if I have uninstalled the \”failed\” installations from my computer, and I have numerous times, and still nothing is successful. I have emailed, and emailed, and emailed Digital River and Microsoft for help, and keep getting \”non workable\” downloads. It\’s ridiculous Will you plesae send me a \”workable\” trial of Office Home and Student link.

I use the trials for school cause cannot afford to buy it, and its great when you\’re on a budget. What else can I do? Since it is a trial version of Office , uninstall it and try a new download in which you will get a new trial product key, activate using that key.
