Do you see your Office Subscription listed and Active? Please could you link the thread you have used to get advice on what to do. This is so I don\’t suggest things you have already done, which will be more frustrating for you.

Now, since your Office is suggesting your not signed into Office and it can\’t connect to the Internet, does this happen with any other Office programs or is it just Office Word? Please can you try right clicking onto Microsoft Office Word and running it as Administrator then try activating it again?
